"In Ep 19, we will be answering the question of the week which is: Are your thoughts your thoughts actually, or have you been programed? My passion is to help liberate people from suffering, and our thoughts create so much pain. We are constantly thinking about the difficult things that have happened in the past and are also constantly projecting a dismal future for ourselves. We have been programmed to be this way. Period. It is not our fault but it is our responsibility to do something about it if we don’t like how we are feeling the majority of the time. I will share the few steps necessary to reprogram yourself and therefore take back your life! I am very excited to have Dr. Loren Michaels Harris and Andrei Dutu on the show! Andrei Dutu is an Independent artist, who moved back to his home city, Bucharest, in 2021 after spending 6 years in the UK, studying and gigging alongside his uni project - Unknown Chapters. Since his arrival home he has made his Solo debut appearance on Romanian television shows such as X-Factor Romania 2021 (grand final runner-up) and Eurovision Romania 2023 (3rd place on national final).
