Moments pass and new moments arrive just like waves rolling to the shore; seeming to strive higher on the beach. Sometimes the beach is crowded and sometimes the beach is a place of solitude. The tide rises and falls; people come and go. All great things must evolve or come to an end.
Thank you for being a part of this "moment." My intention for you is to live a more present and calm life amidst the noise of the world. Inner peace is only found in the present moment.

Why Power of Pure Presence:
I used to be hyper-addicted to the future. I was "destination addicted." In other words, I was so focused on some future goal, that I unconsciously devalued the present moment. I was in essence, living in the future. This caused me to live in a state of discontent or low-level "dis-ease" most of the time. The actual value of life, the present moment, was passing me by.
I quickly learned I was not the only one living with this "dis-ease." While this impacts a lot of people, hyper achievers or "Type A" personalities seem to be most impacted. This is why I launched this show. I want to help you alleviate this discontent and appreciate the moment more. I want you to fall in love with the process of living and avoid the trap of obsessive future focus.
This show grew out of my many morning videos and videos out in nature.
Also, this show is an evolution from the Flashpoint Mantra, "Get Free, Stay Present, and Move Forward."
The Power of Pure Presence will ensure you are more in the present moment and enjoying the journey. After all, your fulfillment is right now. You can't get to a future moment to make now better. "Now" can only get better right now when we learn to live more fully in the moment.
