Bio:

Just before turning 40, Julie looked at her life and wondered, “Is this all there is?” She was stuck in a job she disliked, living in a city she didn’t love, and her marriage was falling apart. Years of people-pleasing, over-giving, and low self-esteem had taken a toll. When her marriage ended in 2005, it became her wake-up call for change.

Over the next decade, she devoured self-help books and began to notice her unhealthy habits. In 2015, she hired a Life Coach to dig deeper into the beliefs holding her back. Julie dreamed of abundance, self-trust, meaningful work, and a healthy relationship. Through coaching, she realized how naturally it came to her—thanks to 25 years in sales and being the go-to support for friends and colleagues. In 2016, she became a certified Life Coach and started working with clients right away.

While coaching helped her and her clients make progress, Julie noticed that old patterns often resurfaced once the coaching ended. She wanted to create lasting change—not just temporary improvement. That led her to the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, and Gregg Braden, where she learned about epigenetics, the subconscious mind, and how our core beliefs are shaped early in life.

Julie discovered that real transformation happens beyond the conscious mind. She began a regular meditation practice using Dr. Joe’s guided meditations and later became a Certified Hypnotherapist, adding powerful new tools to support deep, lasting change for herself and her clients.
