Bio: Kerry grew up in southern California in a single-mother household. Her challenging family life left her feeling isolated, leaving her to struggle socially. At 14, she started working until her academic pursuits consumed her when she was 20 years old. She married in 1995 and received a master's degree in East Asian Religious Studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1997. That same month, she became pregnant with her first of three children. In 2005, she divorced and started working at a large health insurance company in the compliance department. In 2015, her mother passed away on her 45th birthday, igniting her call to heal from her childhood trauma. The next 10 years felt like a treacherous and exhilarating roller coaster ride. She went from her darkest moment to her highest spiritual achievement by learning how to transform her emotional wounds into personal wisdom from a variety of professionals. However, her opportunities for personal growth were best found within romantic relationships. She needed a heart-to-heart connection with several powerful men to mirror her wounds back to her for self-improvement opportunities. They showed her how the universe is a mirror. Her male counterparts, her opposites, proved to be her best mirror of all. Now, she is ready to share the knowledge and wisdom she gained with others as inspiration to transform their emotional wounds into personal wisdom.
