After losing her middle sister to a completed suicide in 2017, she has dedicated her life to save as many lives as possible by normalizing the conversation around mental health and suicide. Tune in to for an enlightening and informative experience. The show runs twice a week, with different themes for each day. Mental Health Mondays air at 11am MST and Warrior Wednesdays air at 7pm MST. Mental Health Mondays focus on educating viewers about mental health issues and providing practical tips on how to manage and improve their mental well-being.
