Achieving a Good Death
Achieving a Good Death is a three-part series with Chris Palmer exploring what it means to approach death with dignity, peace, and gentleness. Through conversations on preparation, caregiving, grief, legacy, and meaning, the series invites us to face mortality with honesty rather than fear. At its heart is a deeper question: how do purpose and meaning help guide the choices that shape not only how we live, but how we die?
Overcoming You: Stories of Strength, Struggle and Success
What does it actually look like to overcome yourself? Not the polished version — the real thing. The doubt, the breaking point, the moment you decided to keep going anyway.
Overcoming You: Stories of Strength, Struggle, and Success is a collaborative anthology that became a #1 Amazon Bestseller the very first weekend it was released — because the stories inside it are not theoretical. They are true, brave, and deeply human.
In the first Simply Sarah miniseries on e360TV, host Sarah Stockham — Stress Prevention Teacher, Reiki Master, bestselling author, and one of the book's eight contributing authors — sits down with eight voices in the anthology for an intimate, unscripted conversation about strength, struggle, and what it truly means to overcome yourself.
Featuring authors: Gary Barnes | Michele Stockham | Sheral DeVaughn | April Renee Dougherty | Ted Simmons | Adri Loughmiller | Veronica Yager | Sarah Stockham
Eight conversations. Eight journeys. Eight reminders that you are not alone in whatever you are carrying.
Overcoming You is available now. Personally autographed copies — for yourself or as a meaningful gift — are available through DM @SarahStockham on instagram. 🌿

Sex in the Kitchen
Sex in the Kitchen: A Special Edition Episode
This special edition of Sex in the Kitchen brings together playful education, real-life intimacy, and behind-the-scenes excitement as we spotlight the upcoming Valentine’s Day event, “Dinner with a Sex Therapist,” happening February 14, 2026, from 5–8pm at Adventure Unknown in Fenton, Missouri. The episode originally partnered with celebrity chef Terri Jayne from Fox 2 News and Gateway Grub to help promote the event. While Terri ultimately had to withdraw as the event’s chef, we celebrate the pivot—because a new, equally exciting chef will be creating a thoughtfully designed aphrodisiac-inspired menu for the live experience.
In this episode, we take intimacy out of the bedroom and into one of the most common gathering places in daily life: the kitchen. With clothes on and judgments off, we demonstrate actual, non-graphic sex positions adapted for kitchen spaces, offering viewers a playful and practical way to rethink intimacy as something woven into everyday moments. The focus is on creativity, consent, connection, and how couples can bring curiosity and closeness into ordinary routines without pressure or perfection.
Beyond positions and playfulness, the episode opens up broader conversations about desire, communication, and erotic diversity. We explore topics relevant to people curious about kink, alternative lifestyles, and fetishes, normalizing open dialogue and emphasizing emotional safety, boundaries, and self-awareness. These discussions are educational, affirming, and grounded in real therapeutic insight—inviting viewers to expand their understanding of intimacy in ways that feel authentic to them.
The episode wraps with clips from previous shows, celebrating how far the series has come. With 21 episodes aired and a growing audience, The Open Bedroom Doors Show continues to evolve as a bold, informative, and approachable platform for conversations about sex, relationships, and connection. This special edition captures the heart of the series: making intimacy accessible, playful, and deeply human—whether it’s in the kitchen, at the table, or during a memorable Valentine’s Day dinner designed to spark connection long after the plates are cleared.
