Generational Wealth Starts With Generational Healing Season 6 Ep 29

What if the reason your family struggles with money… relationships… and peace isn’t about effort — it’s about emotional inheritance?

On this powerful episode of Girl Talk Mental Health, host Virginia Dale Manning, LPC-S Author of Set Apart, and the Realist Therapist — sits down with a special guest Valerie Kuykendall- Rogers, LPC-S to unpack a truth most families never talk about:
You cannot build generational wealth on unhealed generational wounds.

Many families pass down trauma, silence, survival mindsets, and emotional pain long before they pass down money.
And until someone becomes the healer in the family tree, cycles repeat.

In this episode, we explore:
• Why emotional trauma quietly sabotages financial stability
• The link between mental health, family patterns, and money mindset
• Why some people feel guilty when they succeed
• How faith and emotional healing restore generational direction
• What it really means to become the cycle breaker in your bloodline

Through personal insight, therapeutic wisdom, and faith-based truth, Virginia and her guest reveal how healing the mind is the first step to building legacy.

Because true wealth isn’t just money.

It’s peace.
It’s wisdom.
It’s emotional freedom.
It’s leaving your children better than you found the world.

And the healing can start today.
