Sara Osman is a transformational life coach and survivor, using her voice to empower others impacted by child sexual abuse, with a focus on incest, to reclaim their personal power and identity. She guides individuals through healing in a practical and compassionate way, combining trauma-informed practices, body-based healing, and mindset work, while raising awareness around the impact of abuse, prevention, the grooming process, and rebuilding self-trust.
Sara is also an eMOTIONAL Medicine™ practitioner, helping people understand the emotional root cause of their physical conditions, reconnect with their bodies, and support their healing from the inside out. She is an ambassador, leader, and coach with the World Mindset Organisation, creating safe, supportive spaces for growth, healing, and real change.
