Arturo Barnes, born and raised in Chicago in the South Shore community. He is an associate minister of True Light Church-Baptist where he serves as the Director of Christian Education and is also involved in Christian Education at the district and state levels. Rev. Barnes received a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Central State University and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Central State’s National Alumni Association. He is also a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Rev. Barnes is a devoted husband and father but most importantly a servant of the one true God. Â
