Howard was more than a co-host. He was a light. A three-time stage IV cancer survivor, a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, bestselling author, speaker, and compassionate coach, Howard didn’t just talk about resilience—he lived it, every single day. His words carried wisdom, his laughter lifted the room, and his mission was always rooted in love and hope. He reminded us what it meant to truly shine brightly, even in the darkest valleys. Howard passed away on May 29, and while our hearts are grieving, we are also overflowing with gratitude for the time we had with him. He gave us lessons, laughter, inspiration, and a legacy that will live on in each one of us. As we reflect on the journey of this show, we can’t help but feel Howard’s fingerprints all over it. He was the heart behind so many powerful moments—cheering on authors, lifting up voices, and pouring belief into those who needed it most. He brought a unique energy—part coach, part cheerleader, part warrior. He shared from his scars, not just his successes, and gave every guest the space to feel seen, heard, and valued. Howard taught us that showing up is an act of courage, and that healing happens when we speak our truth.
