For the past forty-five years Mike Howard has immersed himself in the study of change. This experience allowed Mike to fully understand the dynamics of different work groups existing inside a company and how to blend them into one cohesive organization that accomplished results far exceeding company goals and expectations. In 1990 Mike left the manufacturing world to tackle a completely different opportunity. Forging out on his own he worked hand and hand for a decade with the World’s Foremost Authority in the field of Human Development, Anthony Robbins, as his exclusive New England franchise. Mike provided training in the areas of Sales and Influence,Teambuilding, Leadership, and Communication skills to thousands of students both in the Corporate and Public arena. For the past three + decades Mike has continued to consult firms in a wide array of Industries including Health and Wellness, Financial, Real Estate, Home Improvement, and High Tech.
