"The moment you stop apologizing for who you are is the moments your power becomes undeniable!" by Sanet Van Breda
There comes a point where playing small becomes more painful than being seen.
Unapologetically You is about that moment, the shift from seeking approval to standing in truth. It’s about releasing the need to explain, justify, or dilute who you are in order to be accepted.
For too long, many people have learned to adjust themselves to fit into spaces that were never designed for their fullness. They soften their voice, hide their opinions, and hold back their brilliance just to keep the peace.
But real freedom begins when that stops. Being unapologetically you is not about arrogance or disregard for others. It is about self-respect. It is about honoring your values, your voice, and your direction without compromise. When you stand fully in who you are, you naturally attract the right people, opportunities, and environments that align with your truth.

Ashley was living life and had just gotten her dream job when COVID hit. She grew up as an anxious child, fearful in general, but mostly of being seen and being judged. She started overcoming this in her sales job and was thriving, when life threw her a curveball.
She was working 16 hour days during COVID, felt tired and had a nasty cough. She went to the doctor and had a blood test. When the lab, hospital and doctor called her immediately to come back in, she didn't think much of it. Little did she know that she wouldn't leave her 12 by 12 room for 30 days. No visitors, no nothing. She was diagnosed with AML NPM1 leukaemia and needed to be treated and isolated for the next 6 months.
She was then in remission for 2 years until she had a relapse. She has been in and out of treatment, remission, normal life and hospital life since then. What changed her perspective from anxiety and trying to survive, to really living? Listen to our interview to find out.
Ashley now works with leukemia and cancer associations to help others who are going through cancer. She has a positive attitude and spreads her light with others.

For this 1st episode of Season 7, we took it all the way back to the beginning. Catherine interviewed Jeff about his experience, why he launched the show, some of his favorite guests so far, and what the future looks like for everything he's working on.
Jeff Pearson is a speaker, author, business owner and TV host.
When Jeff was two weeks old, it was confirmed that he had hydrocephalus and underwent his first brain and abdominal surgery. Over the years he has had many similar surgeries (including 7 brain surgeries), each with its own set of challenges and victories. Despite these challenges, Jeff traveled the world with Up with People, got married, raised three children, worked as a private investigator, and now is the executive director of Hydro with Hope – a non-profit organization designed to provide tangible resources for families affected by hydrocephalus, and the host of two TV shows. The first one he launched is called “Invisible Condition” and it airs twice per week on e360tv. Invisible Condition is a show that features amazing individuals who are living and thriving despite living with a medical condition you can’t see from the outside. The second show is called “6 Degrees of Impact” and is about the impact of the people behind the story — the ones who unknowingly changed everything. We’re showing that no one is as far from purpose, progress, or possibility as they think.
Through Hydro with Hope, speaking, and TV shows, Jeff spreads the message that FIRST: you are not alone. SECOND: There is always HOPE, and THIRD: Life does not have to be perfect to be amazing. Jeff and Catherine live in Colorado Springs with their 3 almost-grown children: Elizabeth, Nick, and Kacia.

DESCRIPTION
What happens when you stop chasing quick results and start focusing on consistency?
In this episode of TALKING HEADS, Dr. Jacalyn® addresses one of the most overlooked truths in health and aging—consistency is not optional, it is the foundation. From daily habits to long-term outcomes, this conversation challenges the mindset of “later” and replaces it with disciplined, repeatable action.
This discussion explores the direct relationship between consistency and physical health, recovery, energy levels, and how the body responds over time. It also addresses the gap between what people know and what they actually do, and why that gap determines outcomes.
This is not about perfection. It is about showing up—again and again—and understanding that the results are happening whether you see them immediately or not.
