S2E4 – Skits & Quibbles: The Spotlight Series FEAT: Helen Clifford, with guest Jacqui Middlewood
The benefits of the arts extend far beyond creativity and escapism, and Actress Helen Clifford is using her skills to raise awareness of the reality of homelessness. Joined by Jacqui Middlewood volunteer drama co-ordinator of The Hope Centre, a homelessness charity, Helen has been working with beneficiaries of the charity as well as a number of other organisations to give voice to the lives and stories that too many people simply dismiss.
Season 2 of Skits and Quibbles puts individuals who are making huge waves in the Arts world front and centre. Brought to you by Burlesque instructor Precocious Lotus (or Dr Audrey if you watch Mental Health Matters), we get to see our stars from the worlds of drama, music, dance, comedy and spoken word in action, and then learn about the person behind the performance.
