S3 E16 The Many Benefits of Meditation

In this episode of The Genius Way Show with Ben Hummell: Meditation is more of a noun than a verb. It’s a state of consciousness that already exists, and the “practice” of meditation is really the practice of being comfortably still amid the busyness of our own mind and the chaos of the world around us. When we meditate, we are acknowledging our oneness with a foundational reality that doesn’t ever change or waver. By returning again and again to the meditative state, we gradually come to know it as the quality of our deepest self, and to carry that connection with us, even in our outward-facing lives.
