Here are five simple, cheap, and nutritious breakfast ideas:
1. **Overnight Oats**: Combine oats, milk (or yogurt), and your favorite toppings like fruits, nuts, or seeds in a jar. Let it sit overnight in the fridge, and you'll have a delicious and nutritious breakfast ready to go in the morning. Add protein powder (optional)
