This week we will be talking about how to go From Fear To Freedom. We have all been given programs/beliefs from our parents, schools, friends, governments, cultures and language. Many of which don't serve us and actually hurt us. There are steps to take to discover them, annihilate them, and reprogram new empowering beliefs or programs that actually allow you to enjoy your life.
