In 2018, grappling with overwhelming depression and anxiety, she sought help through brief therapy. During this time, she gained valuable insights into narcissism and the importance of setting boundaries. The years 2020 and 2021 brought further therapy sessions, leading to a diagnosis of complex post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Committed to her healing journey, she persevered through the challenges and began to experience a renewed sense of well-being. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep passion for teaching, she is currently building her own business and expanding her reach through a podcast and a YouTube channel dedicated to anxiety management.
