Swampy started a non-profit with a mission for a new fun learning and awareness of clean water, wetlands, climate, and Earth Day. As a global speaker for 2 years, he became frustrated that separate eco-oriented silo ‘Houses’ held their own events on the same day, such as World Water Day and Earth Day resulting in being unable to attend all. He envisioned holding a single 18-hour marathon summit on the same World Ocean Day for all eco Houses to merge as one. The coordinated event was listed on the global website that included hourly speakers, topics, and resources on the unity WODCH website; later accessible replays on Twitter.
