Dr. Tracey shares some of her real-world experiences and challenges as she led multiple non-profit and profit organizations while caring for a child on the spectrum.

Here's a little bit more about Dr. Tracey Johnson:
Dr. Tracey L. Johnson is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Mental Health Service Provider (MHSP) and Supervisor designations as well as a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).
Dr. Johnson is also an approved ACES and CIDP/ATIP trainer. She earned her Doctorate of Education Degree in Counseling, Education, and Supervision from Argosy University in 2013. She is also an alumnus of the University of Memphis where she received her Master of Science Degree in Counseling and from Ole Miss where she got her Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
Dr. Johnson has worked as a private practitioner for many years. Her passion for helping others led her to become the Executive Director of several nonprofits that had a focus on counseling, self-help, and mentoring.
Dr. Johnson is also a veteran having served in the United States Navy. Dr. Johnson enjoys providing counseling and training to diverse groups.
Currently, in her role as the Assistant Director of Concern EAP, she is able to develop and present training sessions on myriad topics. She enjoys interacting with others, which makes her training sessions very engaging.
Here are just a few of the topics she covers: Diversity, Positive Thinking, Work-Life Balance, Drug-Free Workplace, Conflict Resolution, Anti-Harassment, Effective Communication, and Coping with Change.
