Stacey Luces is the Founder and President of Evolution Executive Coaching LLC. She brings over 25 years of combined experience leading multi-million-dollar projects, diverse national and international teams for Fortune 100 companies and Federal Agencies, management consulting, coaching C-suite executives in government and the public sectors, and strategic planning to serve her clients and her community. As an author, executive coach, and international speaker she is dedicated to helping executive women and business owners reduce stress, find joy, and build the life of their dreams - by conquering fears of failure and feelings of uncertainty.
As an entrepreneur, Stacey brings a spirit of innovation, energy, commitment, and creativity to her endeavors and to her clients and has successfully launched and operated two businesses over the past seven years. She has an MBA, a B.S in Marketing and International Business and is a published author for the anthology, “We Rise in
Power: Amplifying Women of Color and Our Voices for Change”, with a message designed to empower women with stories of resilience and success.
Stacey believes that empowering women and girls through coaching, education, mentorship, partnership, and advocacy can change their lives, lift their communities, and enable them to live up to their full potential. She works to further this personal vision by serving as the Co-Chair for the Women’s Foundation of Florida’s Giving Circle, as a
member of the Inclusivity + Diversity Committee for FemCity (100 local chapters in the US and Canada) where she leads training classes to help entrepreneurs and business owners connect, collaborate, and collectively succeed, and on the Board of Directors for the UN Women USA, Miami Chapter supporting the mission towards gender equality of women globally by raising awareness and funds for programs which fight for women's economic
empowerment, political participation and ending violence against women.
Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Stacey currently lives in Florida, with her husband Kevin and their children Alyssa and Adam. She balances work and life by traveling, painting, writing, yoga and loves spending time with her family at the beach.
