Sonya is a friend of the plant kingdom and a certified herbalist. Pretty much anything that sleeps in the soil, gathers sunlight, and collects rain from the sky has little roots in her heart. She’s studied Western Folk Herbalism with Rosemary Gladstar's online course, “The Science and Art of Herbalism” and Hawai’ian La’au Lapa’au in person with Kumu Gabriel Monaghan of the Ohai Tradition. She’s also been a practitioner of Massage for 15 years and has always had a passion for personal and spiritual growth. A writer and a teacher, Sonya enjoys nothing more than empowering women to incorporate wholeness in their lives through herbs, living close to nature, and self-love practices. A wife and a mother, she knows full well the power of having a full cup.
