Diana R. Patton, Esq. is a Social Justice Advocate, Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) expert, Attorney, Author and Speaker. She works with professional women to help them overcome challenges, adversities, and trauma to activate their voice, and use it to advocate for themselves, and for diversity equity & inclusion in their work and in their communities. Diana was born in 1968 into a complicated world, and a complicated family. She had a White dad and a Black mom - which taught her a lot about adversity. She learned early how to advocate for herself, at the age of 14, when she stopped her father from trying to molest her. Instead of running away, she started running track. Eventually, her mom started slipping encouraging scriptures and positive quotes in Diana’s track shoes - which gave Diana the courage to go to law school. Diana climbed the corporate ladder to executive level positions, within fortune 500 companies, to Civil Rights Attorney and Vice President, at a Fair Housing organization. Still, she longed to encourage woman to stand up for themselves, so she started her own company in 2016.
