Jess Colson founded the Postgame Amateurs Podcast in January 2022 to shine a light on female athletes who didn’t go on to play their sport professionally, but instead used the lessons learned through collegiate athletics to influence their careers, relationships, and communities. Jess loves connecting with women and building community through her podcast, her role as Director of Development & Communications at Girls Inc. of the Valley, and through her softball training business, NWS Fastpitch. In her free time, Jess loves to read, watch The Great British Baking Show, hang out with family and friends, and spend time with her cat, Luna.
