"This is ridiculous," Amy told herself, but she did it anyway. She wrote handwritten letters to her "friends" on Facebook, never knowing how this simple act would change so many lives. Amy went with her gut, never stopping until she reached the end. "Dear Dana," her second book, tells this heart-warming story of her relationship with Dana, someone she hadn't seen in 30 years. Seeing the impact of a handwritten letter, Amy then goes on to write to her other Facebook friends.
Her first book, "You Can't Mess This Up", is also a fascinating study in human nature. Amy goes back to visit her family, including her 10-year-old self, as it was in 1978. What Amy learns in this fictional time-travelling memoir could change your life.
Our conversation was fun, insightful, and real. Join us in discussing Amy's books, her unbelievable connections, and how to follow your gut, despite what your thinking is telling you.
Thank you, Amy, for the difference you are making in so many lives.

In this moving and thought-provoking episode of Women Behind the Millions™, host Jessica Weaver brings together two visionary women who are reshaping how we define legacy—through family, finance, and the courage to prepare for the future.
In the first half, Jessica is joined by Erika Greenwood—CPA, certified financial coach, Broadway executive producer, and featured author in Illuminate Your Legacy. Erika shares her touching journey of walking and training for a half marathon with her mother, and how those shared moments—not just material assets—formed the heart of her legacy. They discuss grief, resilience, and the joy of passing down wisdom, traditions, and even recipes (like her famous mac and cheese!), all while empowering women to own their financial narratives. Erika’s story is a powerful reminder that legacy lives in the love we share, the memories we create, and the values we instill.
In the second half, Jessica sits down with Lily Vittayarukskul, co-founder and CEO of Waterlily, whose fintech company was born out of a personal family tragedy. After witnessing her aunt’s terminal diagnosis unravel both finances and family dynamics, Lily became passionate about helping others plan for long-term care with clarity and compassion. Together, Jessica and Lily explore how proactive planning can safeguard wealth, relationships, and peace of mind, and why legacy conversations must include health, care, and dignity.
Whether you're navigating personal grief, building wealth, or seeking to protect your family’s future, this episode offers honest insights and actionable tools to help you illuminate a legacy that’s rich in meaning and built to last.
Ayla Casey is a writer, grief mentor, and integrative health advocate who helps people transform pain into purpose. She guides grievers, caregivers, and creatives through storytelling, somatic practices, and emotional truth-telling to reclaim their agency and reconnect with their intuition.
After the loss of her husband to young-onset colon cancer, Ayla became a passionate advocate for self-led healing and nervous system nourishment. Her work explores the deep connection between gut health, emotional resilience, and the stories we hold in our bodies.
She is the creator of Alchemy for Human Hearts—a sanctuary where expression becomes liberation and grief becomes fertile ground for growth.

In this episode of the Label Free Podcast, host Deanna Radulescu welcomes Loretta Breuning, founder of the Inner Mammal Institute and author of "Habits of a Happy Brain." Loretta discusses the importance of understanding our brain's chemistry, specifically the "happy chemicals"—serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin, and endorphins—and how they influence our emotions. She emphasizes that these chemicals are not meant to be on all the time, challenging the common misconception that we should be happy constantly. Loretta shares insights on how societal pressures, particularly from educational institutions, contribute to unrealistic expectations about happiness.
The conversation delves into the concept of triggers and how our past experiences shape our emotional responses. Loretta explains that while we may feel powerless when triggered, we have the ability to rewire our brain pathways through consistent effort and small, achievable goals. She highlights the significance of rewarding ourselves for progress, akin to how animal trainers operate, to reinforce positive behaviors.
Loretta also addresses the challenges of mental health labels, such as ADHD, and the potential pitfalls of accepting these diagnoses without exploring alternative perspectives. She encourages listeners to take control of their mental health by understanding their brain's wiring and finding healthier ways to stimulate positive emotions. The episode concludes with practical advice on setting small goals and celebrating accomplishments, reinforcing the idea that we can all cultivate a happier, healthier brain. For more resources, listeners are invited to visit Loretta's website, innermammalinstitute.org, where they can access free materials and learn more about her work.

n this transformative episode of Onion Soup, host Dexter reconnects with internationally recognized people-reading expert Alan Stevens to explore the powerful world of non-verbal communication. From facial micro-expressions to subtle body language shifts, Alan shares how these unconscious cues offer profound insights into the thoughts, emotions, and intentions of others—before a single word is spoken.
Whether you're navigating a sales pitch, resolving tension in a relationship, or simply hoping to become a better listener, this conversation will give you practical tools to transform the way you connect. Alan breaks down how reading facial features can reveal personality traits, how body posture can indicate hidden stress or dishonesty, and why understanding non-verbal language is essential in both personal and professional environments.
You'll also learn how these skills are especially helpful in emotional intelligence, managing conflict with empathy, and even parenting or partnerships—where what’s unsaid often speaks the loudest. Dexter and Alan dive into real-world examples and explore how mastering this "human blueprint" can help you build stronger relationships, become more persuasive, and increase self-awareness.
If you're looking to transform your communication style, elevate your emotional acuity, and decode the hidden language we all speak, this episode will open your eyes—literally and metaphorically.
