Jamila Bannister is Brand and Marketing Strategist for Beauty and Personal Care brands. Having worked in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, and Branding for 8 years, she made the transition to entrepreneurship in 2016, focusing on working with entrepreneurs to grow their personal brands. In 2020, she published her book, “The Brandprint”. In 2021, Jamila who is also a trained Make Up Artist, transitioned from personal branding into working with beauty and personal care entrepreneurs. Her consultancy JBannister Branding works with beauty entrepreneurs to create marketing campaigns and build e-commerce funnels to sell their products. After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023, she used her experience and expertise to launch her own e-commerce store called The Beautiful Market. A wig store serving women who live with hair loss.

Donye is currently working towards her Doctorate of Health Science (DHSc) at Purdue University Global. Outside of DPH, Donye enjoys reading, spending time with her family, being outdoors, and crafting.
