Ever since she was a kid, Jocelyn knew she wanted to help people and make a difference. Growing up, her family was all about staying healthy and doing good, which really stuck with her. But life threw her some curveballs. Starting at 11, Jocelyn dealt with so much pain that doctors said she’d never be able to run or be as active as she wanted again. Imagine being told that when you're just a kid!
Despite all that, Jocelyn didn’t give up. She dived into yoga and kept pushing to help others, especially kids who needed it most. Fast forward through years of hard work and healing, both physically and emotionally, she’s made incredible progress. Jocelyn found out that some of her pain was linked to tough stuff she went through as a child, and facing that head-on helped her heal even more.
