I am Anthony and I help guys deal w/ fear and develop confidence so they can create the types of relationships they really want 🙂 After struggling with social anxiety and low self-esteem for many years, I found myself at a place where I had a choice: make a change or forever live my life in fear & pain. It was time-consuming, embarrassing, and painful. But soon I was throwing myself from heights that used to scare me - giving public speeches to audiences reaching 200+, as well as reviving my social circle and dating life - my own community.
