When you know the answer to that last question, when you see the answer as the sun finally sinks below the horizon, there is a sense of satisfaction that comes over you. But how do you ever get there? On this show, we’ll be exploring what it means to know your purpose in life and how you might shape it.

How do you take different beginnings and help children see that they have just as much value and talents and strengths and capability?
My guest is Tai Campbell. Tai Campbell is a community activist who leads a nonprofit organization, Taken Back Our Community (TBOC). He was influenced at a young age by his father’s interest in chess, music and boxing. He used these skills to get through the difficult times at school and in relationships. Today, his organization is focused on developing community programming for adults and children balanced across the Mind through chess, the Body through boxing and dance, and the Spirit through music. I don’t know about you, but I’m looking forward to hearing more about that story and how it has evolved to Hands Up Guns Down.
