Bryn Lottig has recorded a Ted Talk despite it being WAY out of her comfort zone. How did she learn to do what scares her?<br />
Through experiential learning. She found it by accident in college when she was invited to go on a wilderness trip. And she was hooked. She got college credits by camping across the world which helped her become more independent and confident in her life.<br />
She continued to learn about experiential learning and met Kendra Bostick, her now partner while getting her master&#39;s. She and Kendra bonded while camping in many places around the world. Their shared commitment to bringing this new learning cycle into the world had them create kikoriapp.com, a digital home for experiential activities.<br />
Bryn&#39;s explanation of how this learning helps people overcome their fear of failure and not being good at something. It creates grit, resilience, emotional intelligence, relationship skills, and the ability to deal with adversity.<br />
