Lean in to Grief, Nurture Yourself, and Embrace the Loving Memory | Sally McQuillen | Hilary Burns | S4EP12

Sally McQuillen's memoir touched me deeply.  She beautifully weaves losing her son, Christopher and her overwhelming grief, with the joy of raising this wild, beautiful child.  You will feel her pain, her joy, and travel along her path of loss, acceptance and love.

Sally wants to help others who are grieving, affected by addiction, and/or overcome with fear.  Sally learns to lean into the grief, give up her guilt and self-doubt, and embrace the time she had with her high energy and sensitive son.

Please pass this book on to anyone you think is experiencing grief, addiction related suffering or living with fear.  Her book, "Reaching for Beautiful," A Memoir of Loving and Losing a Wild Child, is a wonderful, nurturing book.

Thank you, Sally, for allowing us to experience your loss and road to recovery with you.  Blessings to you and your family.
