How many times have you said, “I’m fine” in your life. How many times has it been true?  For me, I didn’t even know I wasn’t fine until I was challenged over 30 years ago. I argued that I was fine. “Tell your face,” my challenger said.

That opened my eyes. Darla Nelson, in her book, “I’m fine. Really?” challenges that statement in a brilliant and heartfelt way. A potential health challenge woke her up one day,and she used it to transform the way she lived her life.

Her book tells her story and gives valuable suggestions for how to get free.  Thank you, Darla, for your courage, authenticity and setting a wonderful example for all of us.
