What a breath of fresh air! Anderson Manuel was called to be a teacher. He creates a classroom culture of cooperation, responsibility, teamwork, helping each other and belonging. He didn't realize what an asset he is to teachers and students until a friend of his spent an hour in his classroom.
"You need to share what you are doing," his friend said. “You are more than a teacher.”
And so Anderson started sharing. He now does daily TikToks and weekly classroom management talks that he posts for other teachers. We should never lose a teacher. We need to teach them to work smarter, not harder. If you invest the first two weeks of the year creating a culture in your classroom, the rest of the year will be fun and will foster a love of learning.
