Dustin Dunbar has done it all. Coming from a poor family, he was determined to create wealth for himself. He succeeded. He worked in the corporate world running a health insurance company. He also has a PhD in Spiritual Psychology and spent 10,000 hours in that field.
He had vowed not to continue the family addiction to alcohol. Until the stress of his young family and corporate business got to him. He numbed himself with alcohol and recognized that he had become dependent on it for his “fun.” Six years ago he stopped drinking. He has since started a non-profit that helps people become Alcohol Free. He passes on the wisdom that helped him cure himself from the addiction that was threatening his life.
His first book, You're Doing Great! (And Other Lies Alcohol Told Me), tells his own personal story of how he separated himself from his addiction.
During his drinking years, Dustin started writing his second book, Her Holiness. I read it and couldn’t put it down. Dustin has been compared to Dan Brown who wrote the DaVinci Code.

Dustin Dunbar holds a doctorate in spiritual psychology and was personally chosen by Ryan Seacrest to be the "Shrink" of LA Shrink and serve as the “Life Coach” of Endemol Productions' Dallas Life Coach. He currently applies his expertise as a coach at AlcoholFreeRevolution.org, a nonprofit online community focused on supporting individuals struggling with alcohol addiction and raising consciousness.
As the author of the nonfiction bestseller, You’re Doing Great! And Other Lies Alcohol Told Me!, Dustin is making a bold leap into the world of fiction with his new thriller, Her Holiness. In this riveting novel, he explores the deep complexities of societal traditions and inequality, shining a light on the struggles, achievements, and incredible resilience of women who bravely raise their voices for change.
Excitingly, Dustin has thrown his hat into the ring for the 2028 Presidential race, aiming to be the first independent president since George Washington. Originally from the Midwest, he now calls sunny San Diego, California, his home.
