This episode features Author Cornelia Brown who is known form her insightful book on diversity entitled When Black and White Make Brown. She and host LaWanna Bradford (The Bradford Group/The Bradford Group Consulting) will discuss her latest children’s book entitled Franzl, The Little Frog from Vabaria which embraces the principles of diversity and inclusion in a way to enlighten the young reader with an understanding of differences among our community and friends, and teaches them how to be empowered by speaking out against bullying and any acts that would treat others with respect.
Cornelia states that she is on a mission to share her personal story to audiences of all generations through her speaking platforms and through her books. She wants to be part of the solution that tears down walls, eliminate biases, changes the narrative, and serves as a catalyst for positive and lasting change.

Cornelia Brown was born in the most southern Bavarian mountain village called Bad Torlz in Germany and is a first generation immigrant to the United States of America. She is the founder of an Entrepreneur empowerment group called Red Rose Conquerors and works with her husband in the real estate Industry. She loves to write stories about our diverse communities and experiences, especially children’s books. All of her books, speeches and events celebrate diversity, inclusion and acceptance in one way or the other. She believes in Amor Omnia Vincit - Love conquers all!
Cornelia believes our children and grandchildren are our future, and we need to teach them early and well that bullying and teasing is never acceptable. She often states, “we need to show them that God created this colorful world and its colorful people in it so we can enjoy one another and learn from each other.”
