It seems that everyone has a “#hottake” or a “#toptips” or a “#Newroutine” – but what we really need is experts offering explanation and education, not influencers. While it’s great that Mental Health is being spoken about, what is important is that we do not lose sight of the real life impact support and intervention has – when led by experienced professionals.
We invite the panel:
Anita Powell – Founder Menopause Alliance
Dr Maja Jankowska – Expansion Psychology
Amanda Connolly – Pause and Empower
to unpack this topic and reflect on what is really needed!

Domestic violence doesn’t just “go away” when the relationship ends. The body remembers. The mind remembers. And the heart is left trying to make sense of it all. 💔
This Friday on Chronically Healthy Life, our returning guest Kat Polsinelli | Speaker | Survivor | Advocate is back with a powerful conversation:
“Transforming Trauma: The Path from Victim to Survivor”
Kat will be opening up about:
•How trauma in relationships quietly rewires our nervous system
•Why men suffer from domestic violence and trauma too (even when they’re taught to “tough it out”)
•The hidden impact on anxiety, depression, PTSD, and self-worth
•Why so many organizations still miss the signs and struggle to respond in a truly trauma-informed way
If you—or someone you love—has ever felt:
👉 “No one understands what I’ve been through.”
👉 “Maybe it wasn’t that bad.”
👉 “I should be over it by now…”
…this episode is for you. You are not broken. You are carrying a story that deserves to be seen, heard, and healed.
📺 Tune in this Friday at 7pm CST

Let’s talk about the kind of fear that doesn’t look like fear.
Not “spiders” or “heights”… I mean the fear that shows up as procrastination, isolation, frustration, and quietly keeping your mouth shut when you really needed to speak up.
This Friday on Chronically Healthy Life, we’re sitting down with our Chronic Health Collective coach Kelly Fox from Fearless Generations—and whew… this conversation hits because it’s REAL.
Kelly breaks down what most people miss:
You can be the “I skydive, I’m fearless” person… and still be scared to say “I love you” first or walk into a room as your full self. (Yep. Called out. In love.)
Here’s what we’re unpacking on the show:
💛 Confidence isn’t something you “have.” It’s something you build—and it grows in the doing, one baby step at a time.
🧠 Fear is sneaky. It’ll dress up like “I’m just tired” or “I’m just busy” while it keeps you stuck.
👨👩👧👦 Parenting in the social media age: FOMO, comparison, online safety, and respecting your kids’ boundaries (yes, even the “don’t post that pic of me, Mom!” moments).
✨ A simple daily practice that can shift your whole nervous system + mindset:
Kelly writes 5 gratitudes (what showed up that she didn’t control) + 5 acknowledgments (where she stretched, took a risk, spoke up). It’s basically building “proof” that life is for you—and that you’re growing.
And honestly? The most powerful part is this reminder:
So much healing starts with having the courage to have the conversation—with your spouse, your kids, your parents, your friends… and especially with yourself.
📺 Join us LIVE: Friday at 7pm CST on E360TV.com (Vitality Network) or on our YouTube channel: @ChronicallyHealthyLife.
What’s one “not-fear-looking fear” you’ve battled lately—procrastination, people-pleasing, avoiding a hard convo, playing small? (No judgment. We’ve all been there.)

In this thought-provoking and transformative episode of Onion Soup, host Dexter sits down with Chris Earnshaw, a third-degree Mason, to explore the hidden parallels between two seemingly distant traditions: Freemasonry and Taoism. One is a 300-year-old initiatory brotherhood shrouded in symbolism and ritual, the other a 3,000-year-old spiritual philosophy rooted in harmony with nature—yet both appear to point toward the same ancient truths.
Chris guides us through the unexpected overlaps in teachings, symbolism, and esoteric practices, revealing how both systems encode ancient knowledge about balance, consciousness, self-mastery, and the perennial human quest for immortality—both literal and spiritual. Together, Dexter and Chris unpack misunderstood ideas around secrecy, ritual, and initiation, challenging mainstream narratives and inviting listeners to look beyond surface-level interpretations.
This conversation dives deep into lost knowledge, sacred symbolism, and the idea that ancient wisdom has always been passed down through coded language, allegory, and disciplined practice. They explore how Taoist philosophy and Masonic teachings each emphasize inner transformation, moral refinement, and alignment with universal law—suggesting that truth itself may be timeless, simply wearing different cultural masks.
Whether you’re curious about Freemasonry, drawn to Taoism, or fascinated by the hidden threads connecting ancient traditions, this episode opens a doorway into a deeper understanding of humanity’s shared spiritual inheritance. Tune in for a discussion that challenges assumptions, expands awareness, and reveals how ancient wisdom continues to quietly shape the modern world.
Wow. My conversation with Eva Muller was profound. We did a meditation/energy transmission at the end that brought me into a new place. I am not the same person as I was before..
Eva felt unfulfilled her whole life. She went to law school, tried CrossFit, became a vegan, started her own business, and yet, something was missing. She took some time off and started meditating. From there, she experienced energy transmissions. While following the path it was taking her on, she had a profound experience where the Divine Mother was looking out through her eyes.
Eva kept participating in these transmissions, gaining experience in how to heal and connect others to their own spiritual awakenings.
I have experienced several of her sessions from her website, https://www.nextelevations.com/, and my life has literally opened up in ways I never thought possible.
Please watch our interview. You will experience her energy transmission towards the end. I highly recommend it.
I recommend going to her website and trying out her sessions. I believe you will thank me for it.

Tracy’s story is fascinating. In 2018, she saw a movie called “Skid Row Marathon.” It changed her life. She became passionate about helping people in prison and now makes a difference in prisons throughout California.
Tracy participates in the Born to Run Cohort, where non-prisoners run with prisoners in the prison and then hold a workshop. Tracy is on the Board of the Compassion Prison Program, which focuses on Trauma Talks. It was founded by Fritzy Horstman. Horstman's own experiences with trauma and her realization after reading The Body Keeps the Score inspired her to start the project. The project emphasizes that trauma, particularly from adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), impacts behavior and that healing is possible for everyone, including those in prison.
Tracy suggested I read Oprah’s book “What Happened to You” — a conversation between Oprah and Dr. Bruce D. Perry on trauma, resilience, and healing. Our interview, along with this book, opened my eyes to the powerful effects of trauma on our lives. I learned about regulating and dysregulating — such an awakening for me, and I hope for you too.
Thank you, Tracy, for following your passion and making a difference for these men and women and taking up running even though it wasn’t “your thing.”

Tracy Hunt has enjoyed a lengthy career as an operations manager for several law firms and has a side business as a personal trainer and wellness coach. A native Texan, Tommy grew up bullied, beaten, and told he would never amount to anything. As a child, he was bruised, cut and cursed so deeply that it nearly drove him to end his own life. But, instead of giving in, he rose.
He became an Eagle Scout and a four-year Varsity basketball player, driven to prove to himself, and the world, that pain could be transformed into power. After high school, Tommy joined the Marie Corps Infantry, serving 9.5 years before earning his place in the elite Navy SEAL Teams.
Throughout his career, Tommy faced injuries and surgeries that would have ended most people's paths.
After knee surgery, doctors told him he'd never do anything heavy on his legs again. A year later, he sent his surgeon a video of himself towing a 17-ton truck in a strongman event. At the end of his military career, he underwent brain surgery to remove a tumor and cyst that were set to kill him. During surgery, he suffered a stroke and woke up temporarily blind in his left eye.
When he left the hospital, he could barely bench press five pounds.
This feat caught the attention of Westside Barbell, the world's strongest gym. After multiple trips to Columbus, OH and extensive training under their coaches, Tommy was welcomed as a permanent athlete and guest writer for their strength education platform. Now a sponsored competitive powerlifter, in his very first meet he set two state records and qualified for Nationals, where he is on track to break two National Records this November with the USPC.
Tommy holds a BA in Criminal Justice, a Master's Degree in Military Studies, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Sports Management. He is the founder of Divine Savagery, a coaching and consulting company rooted in his faith in Jesus, the Divine behind the Savage, where he helps leaders, athletes, veterans, and tactical professionals build unbreakable strength, resilience, and
HIS MISSION IS SIMPLE: to show people that no matter how deep their darkness, they can rise to live with power, courage, and faith. Tommy is a sought-after speaker, tactical leadership instructor, aTommy is a retired Navy SEAL and Marine Corps Infantryman with nearly 27 years of combined military service.
