On this episode of the Make Mental Health Matter Show host Kelli Melissa Reinhardt talks about how much people are struggling and why the pages on the Make Mental Health Matter website for non-crisis, crisis, after an attempt and after a suicide are so valuable.
Little bit about Kelli’s story from her:
I lost my middle sister, who died by suicide on February 20, 2017. I know this time of the year has a high rate of deaths, so I want to give you information to feel confident that you can help someone that might be struggling. I didn’t know how to help my sister before she passed and I didn’t know how to help myself after she died. Through lots of education, lots of certifications and doing many, many workshops with some of the top professionals in the field I have learned so much about how the brain works, and how to help others. So that is what I give back to the community and hope that this information helps you too.

Change isn’t complicated—it’s just uncomfortable. In this episode, Michael Libercci and Jake Clendenning dismantle the myths keeping you stuck and lay out what actually drives real transformation.
Why “residual self image” dictates your outcomes (and how to rewire it)
The only conditions under which self-comparison makes you weaker, not stronger
Purpose, fulfillment, and why your optimized routine is probably a cage
The real science behind gratitude and affirmations—zero motivation speak, just execution
Tactical, low-tech steps to disrupt your pattern right now (no excuses, no tech required)
What if early breast cancer detection didn’t require compression, radiation, or hospital-grade machines?
In this powerful episode of Onion Soup, Dexter interviews Dr. Geetha Manjunath—computer science PhD, former principal scientist at HP Labs, and founder of Niramai—about how losing two close family members to breast cancer sparked a mission to rethink screening from the ground up.
Dr. Manjunath explains how Niramai uses infrared thermal imaging combined with artificial intelligence to analyze approximately 400,000 temperature data points from the body’s surface. Instead of radiation, the system identifies subtle thermal and vascular patterns that may indicate abnormal tissue activity.
The AI generates a probability score and highlights areas requiring further diagnostic follow-up.
Key insights from this conversation:
• Non-invasive, radiation-free screening
• No painful compression
• Portable setup for camps and primary care clinics
• Ability to detect lesions as small as 4 mm
• Potential to identify precancerous thermal changes earlier
• Monitoring over time for pattern shifts
Geetha discusses how portability expands access—particularly in underserved communities—making proactive health screening more scalable and equitable.
The episode also dives into the responsible use of medical AI. Dr. Manjunath emphasizes the importance of clinical validation and regulatory approval, noting Niramai’s regulatory clearances in India, CE marking in Europe, and US FDA authorization. She urges listeners to demand transparency, published studies, and regulatory backing when evaluating health technologies.
For women navigating midlife—balancing careers, caregiving, and their own health—this episode speaks directly to a core concern: how to stay ahead of risk without adding more stress to the body.
It’s a conversation about innovation, prevention, and empowering women with more options in their healthcare journey.
Because resilience begins with awareness.
And early detection can mean everything.

Is burnout a personal failure… or a broken system?
In this forward-thinking episode of Onion Soup, Dexter continues his conversation with happiness researcher Catia Arnaut on why rising debt-to-income, outdated institutions, and unhealthy work structures are driving chronic stress, fatigue, and disconnection—especially for high-achieving women balancing career, caregiving, and community.
Catia calls for a global paradigm shift. Not abstract idealism—but policy-level redesign.
They explore bold, practical ideas including:
• A four-day workweek to reduce chronic stress and improve resilience
• “Limitism” to cap extreme wealth accumulation and reduce inequality
• Universal income—with Catia advocating for participatory income that rewards community contribution
• Organizational wellbeing as a measurable performance metric
• The cultural impact of COVID-era “quiet quitting”
The conversation moves upstream into education reform. Catia argues we must move beyond test-driven discipline and prepare people for an AI-driven, task-oriented economy through:
• Creativity
• Peace studies
• Community living models
• Mindfulness
• Team sports
• Purpose development
Because if machines handle tasks… humans must cultivate meaning.
For listeners feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next chapter, Catia offers a grounded framework for identifying purpose:
Align what you’re good at
What you genuinely enjoy
What your community needs
Where those intersect is where vitality lives.
They also address the uncomfortable truth that GDP alone cannot measure societal wellbeing—echoing critiques voiced decades ago by Robert F. Kennedy—and ask what progress would look like if we prioritized inner harmony over endless output.
This episode is about systemic nervous system regulation—not just individual hacks. It reframes happiness as serious, strategic, and worth fighting for daily.
If you’ve been feeling:
• Burnout
• Chronic stress
• Disconnected from purpose
• Overwhelmed by hustle culture
• Fatigued by systems that don’t support wellbeing
This conversation expands the lens—from self-help to structural healing.
Because personal resilience matters.
But so does redesigning the container we live in.

Today marks the beginning of Lent — a sacred season of reflection, surrender, and intentional alignment.
And in a world that feels louder, faster, and more reactive than ever… peace is no longer automatic.
It’s intentional.
In today’s episode of You Were Meant for More, we’re talking about something most people misunderstand:
Peace is not passive.
Peace is not personality.
Peace is not avoidance.
Peace is a skill.
As we enter this Lenten season — a time traditionally set aside for self-examination, prayer, fasting, and recalibration — we explore what it means to cultivate inner regulation in a culture built on outrage and urgency.
In this episode, we’ll unpack:
• Why so many people feel spiritually overwhelmed right now
• How constant noise keeps your nervous system in survival mode
• The difference between numbing out and true peace
• How emotional regulation strengthens discernment
• Why Lent is an invitation to slow down, not shut down
• How to practice grounded faith in a reactive world
This conversation isn’t about perfection.
It’s about presence.
It’s about learning how to stay anchored in truth when everything around you feels chaotic.
Whether you observe Lent formally or simply feel the need to reset your spirit, this episode is an invitation to:
Pause.
Reflect.
Regulate.
Realign.
Peace isn’t something you stumble into.
It’s something you practice.
Stay with me until the end for deeper reflection and integration.

Many people are trying to navigate life purely as humans—reacting to pain, loss, disappointment, and suffering—while slowly disconnecting from God, faith, and their own spiritual identity.
But we were never meant to live that way.
We are of Him. And the spirit within us is meant to guide us back to Him—yet so often, we ignore it.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing what God has been revealing to me over years of wrestling with purpose, destiny, and calling. I’ve come to understand that I’ve been positioned to walk with people through the human experience—especially in seasons where faith feels distant, God feels silent, or belief feels hard.
This is where spiritual psychology meets real life.
I work with people in the space between suffering and surrender—helping them make sense of their emotions, patterns, wounds, and questions so they can reconnect with truth, faith, and God from a place of understanding, not fear.
God once told me to “bring the people out of suffering.”
At the time, I laughed—because who would believe that?
Now I understand: healing the human experience is often the doorway back to God.
In this episode, we talk about:
Why so many people feel spiritually disconnected right now
How ignoring the inner voice leads to confusion and suffering
The role of the human experience in spiritual awakening
Why faith doesn’t disappear—it gets buried under pain
How God uses lived experience to bring people home
This conversation is for anyone who feels lost, tired, questioning, or quietly longing for something deeper—but doesn’t know how to get there.

Today, I’m pulling back the curtain and sharing my vision board reveal—not just the images, but the intentions, identity shifts, and alignment behind them.
This isn’t about manifesting from wishful thinking. It’s about becoming the woman who can hold the vision she’s praying for.
In this episode, we explore:
Why vision boards only work when they’re rooted in alignment
The identity shifts required before the manifestation arrives
How business, voice, health, wealth, spirituality, love, travel, and rest all work together
What it really means to expand without burnout
How to stop forcing outcomes and start living intentionally
This conversation is an invitation to pause, reflect, and ask yourself:
Am I living in alignment with the life I say I want?

In this episode of Open Bedroom Doors, we dive into pleasure, relationships, and the truths people rarely say out loud.
We kick things off with our Sex Positions segment, where I teach you the art of giving a vulva massage: a mindful, connected way to create pleasure, safety, and deeper intimacy.
Next, I sit down with the brilliant Dr. David Ley, a leading voice in sexual health and relationships. Together, we explore what it really looks like to open up a relationship safely. We talk about ethical non-monogamy, how couples build trust through transparency, and how open relationships evolve as people gain experience, emotional maturity, and clarity about their boundaries.
Find David here:

And finally, in my Happy Ending segment, I answer one of the most common (and painful) questions I receive:
“Can you heal after infidelity?”
We unpack how couples rebuild trust, whether healing is truly possible, and what it takes to repair a relationship after betrayal.
It’s an episode full of honesty, insight, and permission to design the love life that fits you.
