Since graduating from Columbia University in Social Work in 1996, I have
designed COMPASS, a high school social-emotional learning curriculum
worked with young parents facing adversity, systemic racism, poverty, abuse, and loss
fostered three awesome kiddos who are now incredible adults
served thousands of kids, teens, adults, families, and couples in private practice from 14 countries
facilitated workshops, retreats, and groups for eating disorders, war experience, narcissistic abuse recovery, sexual abuse recovery, anxiety, highly sensitive people, and step-parents
taught Narrative Therapy in Norway, China, Mexico, Australia, Canada, and the US for the Dulwich Centre
created 16 online self-help programs and close to a thousand free videos
wrote five books
recorded 100s of guided meditations
cared for aging relatives
raised three kids
maintained a 26-year superconscious partnership
got my doctorate degree
From all of this, I honed a unique perspective on the similarities and differences of problems in individuals, families, and cultures around the globe.
