Randy Smith is a dynamic entrepreneur and lifelong adventurer who has spent over 30 years shaping the landscape of San Diego County as a respected land and real estate developer and income property investor. As founder of a thriving construction company, he has led the design and development of both custom homes and medium-scale residential communities—earning a reputation for vision, integrity, and quality craftsmanship.
Now retired from the construction business, Randy’s passion for exploration runs deep. He is a certified scuba diving instructor, former snow ski instructor, and private pilot with over 40 years of flying experience. For the past 25 years, Randy has flown humanitarian missions to Baja California with the Flying Samaritans, a volunteer group that delivers essential medical care to underserved communities.
Randy is also an active leader in The Mankind Project, a global nonprofit dedicated to helping men lead lives of purpose, authenticity, and service.
Above all, Randy is a devoted husband, proud father of three accomplished adult children, and a loving grandfather. Whether mentoring others, building homes, or piloting life-saving missions, he brings grounded strength, curiosity, and heart to everything he does.
