Shane Doherty, Founder of Little Red's Sauces. A multi-award winning producer of Hot Sauce in Dublin Ireland. After a few years of working overseas, in both Chicago and London, Shane decided to move home and turn his passion into a business and to set up Little Red's Sauces. We're based in Dublin, Ireland and all of our products are handmade from start to finish. We set this up with the goal of creating a range of all-natural, gluten free, preservative free and additive free range of sauces and seasonings that everyone can enjoy.
