More About Sarah Police, LPC-S
Sarah Police grew up in Amarillo, TX. She went to college in Abilene, TX at Hardin-Simmons University where she majored in psychology and minored in sociology. She then went on to graduate school in Belton, TX and double majored in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Psychology at University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
During her clinicals, she began working with couples and those with addiction. While working with couples and those struggling with addiction, she found fulfillment in the process. When she graduated, she began working in outpatient rehabs where she did individual, couples, family, and group therapy. She opened her own practice, PG | Therapy in June 2025 where she sees ages 12 and up for individual, family, and couples therapy.
She has a heart for the field and a desire to see those that are hurting to feel whole. Out of this desire to help people, she is constantly learning and implementing tools to help those that she works with feel whole. She recently completed training in Brainspotting, which derived from EMDR, and is looking forward to completing her certification in Brainspotting.
