Set Apart to Smile Again: Mental Health, Happiness, and Hope Season 3 Ep 13
From breaking the silence on Black and Brown mental health, to reclaiming our joy in chaos, and learning to rest instead of quit—Season 3 of #GTMH was soul work.
You are not the only one smiling through the sadness.
Girl Talk Mental Health, we didn’t just talk—we told the truth.
From Minority Mental Health Month to Suicide Prevention Awareness, every episode was a lifeline.
Girl Talk Mental Health pulled back the curtain on what it means to smile through the storm—and heal beyond the shame.
Whether you’re grieving, glowing, or growing—GTMH is your sanctuary.
And today, I’m honored to sit with someone whose journey reflects so many of ours—smiling in public, but silently struggling.
And for all of you watching, don’t forget: the next season begins with you choosing you.
We want to hear from you--- what truth, tools, and transformation did you experience this season? Drop them in the comments!
