S13Ep7 Ellen Begaii: Mindful Pieces for Healing and Balance
On this episode of the Make Mental Health Matter Show with host Kelli Melissa Reinhardt, with special guest Ellen Begaii.
Little bit about Ellen’s story from her:
Hi, I’m Ellen—an inspiration guide, artist, and advocate for helping people reconnect with the best version of themselves. After navigating my own path through pain, healing, and purpose, I created Mindful Pieces by Ellen—art and experiences designed to bring people back to balance, one mindful moment at a time. From paint pouring to mental health advocacy, I combine creativity, compassion, and a little bit of humor to support others in finding their own rhythm. My mission? To help people feel better in their bodies, inspired in their lives, and empowered to chase big dreams—like mine of hitting the road in an RV to share art and inspiration across the U.S.
Short bio:
Ellen is an inspiration guide, artist, and mental health advocate who helps people reconnect with their potential and rediscover balance through creative expression and mindful living. She is the founder of Mindful Pieces by Ellen, a brand that blends intuitive art with intentional living to support emotional wellness. Known for her paint pouring artwork and calming creations like Neck-Zen, Ellen's work invites others to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what matters. She also leads classes and events focused on helping others get out of their own way and into a more empowered, joyful life. With a background in somatic practices and a heart for healing, Ellen’s mission is to spread positivity and purpose—one piece of art and one meaningful conversation at a time. She and her husband are currently working toward traveling the country in an RV to share their journey and inspire others through a YouTube channel.
