Alex Hristov is a former Software Engineer with 2 Bachelor's degrees.
Due to an undiagnosed medical condition, he spent 5 years in bed. During that time, he utilized cognitive reframing techniques to keep going, and he used engineering principles to diagnose himself.
Alex created his own recovery regime and in 2022 took his first walk (4 minutes) outside of the house.
He has since become a Wellness & Confidence coach and helps motivated men and women become their awesome selves.
