She is a Published Author and advocate against childhood bullying and trauma. She uses her creative writings as a tool to empower children, while equipping parents, teachers, and educational staff with the tools needed to be aware of the signs and symptoms that a child may be a victim of bullying, or if a child is in fact, a bully. Her focus is spreading awareness of the long-term Mental Health effects that this type of trauma brings; such as anxiety and depression, and how these issues can be reduced or avoided. She is passionate, and driven to spread awareness, as she was, herself, severely bullied as a young child. Her teachings are based on her experience, research and data.
