Zak Clayton is the founder of Community Pay it Forward, Community Dare to Care and the PACT Channels. Zak founded Clayton Consulting & Event Planning LLC (CCEP) on June 5th, 2015, after being hit by a vehicle while riding his motorcycle. Friends, family, and small local businesses came to Zak’s bedside and worked hard to assist his family and alleviate the pressure from a bad situation. However, where Zak and his family could not find help was with the resource providers who are bound to a budget. He started to develop a program to aid people who find themselves in trouble after January 1st. With the help of a few great partnerships, CCEP was born. The Community Pay it Forward Program was created to raise funds for families in emergency situations, children who are sick, injured or need funds for school or church programs, veterans or veteran causes, local nonprofits or 501c3 programs, or private community improvement projects. Community Dare to Care Outreach & Events is here to assist people with clothing, furniture, housewares, school supplies, and other critical needs with the aid of caring individuals and their donations in the community. Community Cares also offers a list of entertainment options to make events or parties a hit in the community. Stephanie Simoes is a Senior Director at ONEHOPE Wine. She specializes in fundraising, gifting, private wine events & wine delivery. She works with people & nonprofit organizations to raise donations and awareness for various causes throughout the year. Stephanie provides favors, logo bottles, personalized gift boxes, customized refills & sets up shipping across the United States. What she loves most is that a glass of wine gives back your charity of choice! Stephanie has used ONEHOPE Wine as platform to raise awareness & donations for PANDAS Network the last few years as the condition has directly impacted her children. Stephanie & Zak conduct a monthly show highlighting smaller nonprofit organizations, in an effort to raise donations, but more importantly to get the word out to more people about their mission. The show is called Community Pay It Forward ONEHOPE Fundraiser. \Zak & Stephanie met almost two years ago and immediately knew they had the same mission in mind. After their first conversation, they were sure they’d find a way to work together somehow. Not long after, the monthly Community Pay it Forward ONEHOPE Fundraiser mission was created. Since then, they have hosted smaller nonprofits twice a month to share their mission & provide fundraising opportunities through each of their platforms. Together, they have been able to make a bigger impact!
