Dodging the Peanut Bullet for Over 80 Years S2E8

Eric Siverts was born in 1940, before food allergies were a major cultural concern, but when he was in kindergarten a lunch lady made him eat a blob of peanut butter and he got very sick. This was the start of a life-long severe anaphylactic allergy to peanuts. Throughout his life he’s had several life-threatening reactions including some that landed him in an emergency room. From these experiences Eric now has strategies that have kept him alive and, for the most part, out of the hospital and away from epi pens. These strategies help him to avoid the nuts hidden in potlucks, restaurants, and airplanes, and they ensure his invisible condition stays invisible. Eric hopes that the strategies he offers can help others with food allergies to stay safe, healthy, and out of emergency rooms. Learn some of the top tips and tricks from a wise man that has “dodged the peanut bullet” for over 80 years. www.nopeanutfoods.com www.redsneakers.org Contact Eric through the host: InvisibleCondition@e360tv.com
