Kevin Coutu struggled with anxiety & depression for years. After being introduced to APLGO, he is now a firm believer that proper nutrition needs to be supported by proper supplementation that is bio-available. Kevin Coutu is a Managing Director with APLGO. Prior to joining APLGO, Kevin had several businesses over the years in the audio/video tech, event management and theatre industries. Some of his most recognized clients included TIFF, Toronto Metropolitan University, and Heather Bambrick, he has also worked for high-profile individuals from the exclusive neighbourhoods of Forest Hill and the Bridle Path in Toronto. All of this work came to an abrupt halt in March of 2020. During this downtime Kevin re-evaluated his career paths and was on the hunt for the next opportunity that would not have the same vulnerabilities that his previous companies did. This is when he was introduced to APLGO and where his entry into health and wellness began. Since then he has accumulated the knowledge required to become an expert in his field and has now developed a training system to help others level up in their knowledge and business-building acumen.
