T.R.U.T.H. and Multiple Sclerosis S3E25

"Mary Ellen Ciganovich, who goes by “Ask Mary Ellen” across social media, is an author, healer, Mindfulness Coach and inspirational speaker. Her favorite topic to speak about is, “Learning to Heal Yourself through Love.” Diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 6, Mary Ellen was told what she “couldn’t” do. Although her epilepsy was mild, her family told her “not to tell anyone” and that she could “never marry or have children.” Mary Ellen grew up with very low self-esteem! In 1989, Mary Ellen was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. There were no medications for MS at the time, so she decided to find ways to control her “MS Monster.” She studied Ayurvedic healing, Chinese herbs, and many other alternative methods. During Mary Ellen’s journey of healing, she learned ALL healing begins with learning to love yourself. Unconditional love is healing while fearing any diagnosis creates what you fear. Mary Ellen’s books are “Healing Words, Life Lessons to Inspire”, T.R.U.T.H.: Taking Responsibility Unleashes True Healing, and Truth Lives. Mary Ellen continues to inspire people by posting a “Truth of the Day” every morning. She teaches her healing principles at R.E.A.L. Health Mindfulness Education Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. #askmaryellen #Truthauthor #Mindfulnesscoach #inspirationalspeaker #motivationalwriter Connect with Mary Ellen: https://askmaryellen.com / askmaryellen / maryellenciganovich / askmaryellen Connect with the host: InvisibleCondition@e360tv.com The sponsor of this episode is Andrea Mason, Certified Global Motivational Speaker and Life Coach, Alumna of Les Brown, CEO of Press PLAY Plan Life According to You LLC and Andreamasons.com .
