Monica Norcross has been in the fitness and wellness industry for over twelve years. She’s a Certified Personal Trainer, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, COPE Certified, and a licensed Zumba Instructor. She’s the founder and developer of The Still Workout™, a practice designed to bring strength, freedom, renewal and peace to the brain, body and soul, based on Psalm 46:10 “Be still and know that I am God.” She says, “The Still Workout™ has changed my life. I have no more chronic pain or anxiety, I’m building muscular endurance and strength, my relationship with Jesus is growing, and it’s the most exciting thing in the world to see others find the same results.” She lives in Magnolia, Texas with her husband and her dog.
