I have been in the wellness industry since 2000. I am passionate about teaching nutrition and
what it truly takes to live a balanced and healthy life. Whether I’m training for a fitness
competition, a marathon, or just maintaining enough energy to keep up with my kids, I’ve learned that nutrition is the foundation of a healthy lifestyle.
While attending the University of Houston, I explored many paths. I was a theater actress, a
runway model, and I was employed at a fitness center. It was there that I discovered my passion and in 2006 I opened my fitness studio, Inspired Fitness. In 2011, I penned my first book/ nutrition guide Fit In 40 Days: A Nutrition Daily Devotional. The next year I closed my studio and began a career in the financial industry. In June 2022 I have bestowed an Honorary
Doctorate Degree from Trinity International University of Ambassadors (TIUA). Today, I am an
entrepreneur wearing many hats, including wellness coaching for Fit In 40 Days.
